Haywood Hills Baptist Church is committed to be a church where anyone can feel welcomed. It is our desire to share with all people the good news that God loves them and gave His Son on the cross for them. We believe that God desires for His church to be a witness to the world that all people, regardless of race, language, financial status or other differences can become part of His family. We therefore believe a church that is being faithful to God will reflect the diversity of its community.

Our church cannot reach our community and our world alone. We are committed to work together with other churches in our community. Two examples of that cooperation is our partnership with the Nashville Chin Church and the First Haitian Baptist Church. The Chin church was reaching people that speak Burmese and the Haitian church was reaching people that spoke French. Neither church had adequate space to gather for worship and Bible study. God has blessed Haywood Hills with space so we agreed to share our facilities with them. Both churches now meet on our campus and they are a blessing to us and our community.

Our church also participates in the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention. The Cooperative Program is a volunteer sharing of resources with other churches all over the world to do more together than we could ever hope to accomplish on our own. I hope you will visit with us to hear about and experience God’s love. I pray that you will then join with us in sharing that love with our community and our world.
